This practice incorporates Pranayama (breath control), Mantra (sacred sounds), and Meditation, all designed to create inner transformation. Even dedicating just 15 minutes a day to these practices can lead to profound changes in multiple dimensions of your life. 1. Pranayama:     Breath control techniques help regulate the flow of energy (prana) within the body. By mastering the breath, you can clear energy blockages, calm the nervous system, and achieve mental clarity. 2. Mantra:     The use of sacred sounds or words (mantras) aligns your mind and subtle energies with higher vibrations. Mantra chanting purifies the mind, enhancing focus, reducing mental noise, and fostering a deep connection to your inner self. 3.
